understanding we would have it in time for Xmas. It arrived December minus a headrest. We were told headrest would be forwarded and after we were told it would take 3 months to arrive. After 3 months were contacted to say it would be another month. After speaking to Matt we reluctantly agreed to this although we asked for a refund which was refused. Matt promised to ring us a week before scheduled delivery which he did not. The day before delivery the delivery driver rung to inform us the headrest was not with him and he would not be delivering. We have heard nothing from matt or dfs. Deplorable service. Totally fed up with this company.

Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Arrived within the time frame quoted, however they sent the wrong cushions, so my 3 seater had 2 seater cushions making it look ridiculous and couldn't be used as a 3 seater. When I chased up the correct cushions I was told they would take as long as the sofas took! Ridiculous time frame! I was then offered a 25 refund, which is a bizzare number on a 1700 order. Cancelled the order after a couple of chats with the store and becoming frustrated at not being able to speak with them directly. Avoid DFS
