I have been looking for a new machine. I started at J L and was very disappointed. Not permitted to try the machines Very few attachments included in their machines and JL exclusive models Sales assistant said if any problems with the machine I would have to contact the manufacturer. I visited GTS yesterday completely opposite experience fantastic range of machines to try really helpful friendly sales lady I also spoke to the repair technician. I came away with a Brother machine I went there to buy a different make. But after trying both machines I changed my mind. 3 yrs warranty any problems GTS will sort out I cant rate this business highly enough Patricia (sew fitting alterations Buckingham)

Fab shop, packed with loads of lovely yarn, thread, fabric, machines and haberdashery. The staff are great too! Xx

This is a long post,so I apologise on advance! I've had most of most machines from GTS now, after being bitten by a shopping TV purchase that spent more time in Cardiff for repair than it did on my sewing table! Hubby was working as a vehicle recovery driver and found GTS by accident (which I'm sure he regrets now hahahaha) l have since bought 4 Brother machines from GTS and they were/are amazing! 4th one was an upgrade to a combination machine to save space,nothing wrong with the other machines (which GTS also helped me sell on) But the area they helped me the most was my industrial machine! I make bags,and while my Stellaire is perfect,she didn't quite have the oooomph for thicker fabrics like faux leather. So we went back to GTS and as alway Gary pointed me in the right direction,this time a Zoje machine. Brilliant! Really upped my sewing game! But fast forward and disabilities kicked in/worsened and I couldn't use my industrial machine any more. So we spoke to Gary to see if there was anything that could be added to my machine to make it easier for me,there wasn't unfortunately. BUT he did suggest another Zoje machine that might help me,so we part exchanged and upgraded my old zoje machine for a newer,more modern one. OMG! The difference is unbelievable! I can actually sew again! This may sound like a small thing,but to me this is HUGE! And I can't thank GTS enough for what they have done to help me get back on my feet! I have 3 machines that are easy to use from a disability point of view,and can take whatever I throw at them! Thank you Gary J Sharpe and all at GTS! Xoxox
