I have used Matt recently to help me with a rental property that I have. I cannot praise him highly enough for his efficiency and professionalism, and helping me secure a tenant in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Highly Recommended! As a new landlord, I needed as much help and advice on renting a property as possible. After meeting a few other agents, I decided on Matt at Broadgate lettings, as he was giving me lots of helpful insights that I would never have thought of when I was initially showing him round the property and I could tell he knew what he was doing. My instincts were right. I left the letting in Matt's hands and he kept me updated on potential tenants and found the ideal couple in a short space of time. He then took care of all of the paperwork and happily answered any questions I had (there were a lot). Even after the tenants were in and my contract with Matt was officially over, he let me know that I was welcome to call him any time if I had any questions down the line. If you are looking to sell or rent a property and need an agent, my advice would be to look no further than Broadgate Lettings. Chris.

Matt has been managing the flat me and my wife rent in London for nearly 8 years now. Matt is very professional and when there is something to be done in the apartment, he is always quick to arrange repairs/replacements/work.
