        They close when ever they fancy on, website timings are 5:30pm. But they were shut @ 5:15.

        Expect a queue, but not a long one, only two counters so allow time

        Waited a very long time to be served as the queue was very long (4pm on a Friday) then a lady with two huge bags of parcels jumped the queue and handed the parcels to the cashier. Not a problem we all thought as this may be a procedure, however the cashier then stopped serving the queuing customers and proceeded to process the 50 or so parcels! I said excuse me but we have been waiting and we should be served next. To which this other older cashier said, No! dont stop what you are doing carry on these people can wait! She then said something under her breath and both of them started smirking! These two need to be trained better in customer service as they are clearly out of their depth and are a very bad reflection on the Post Office. Everyone was shocked but they just kept on giggling! Both are very unprofessional and very rude.
