Normally a 5 star shop, and they have been respectful of my disabilitys including when it comes to mask and my examption status due to both health and disability. Unfortunately they have a young have a go member of staff. Who not only things it is ok to harass and try to intimadating disabled customers. It is such a same that one employee has took it on to himself not only to wrongfully enforce discrimination that hs said I quote that is private property so discrimination law are not present. His total ignorance to both my health and his total ignorance to government BLACK and WHITE rules on medical exemptions. I found the whole experience traumatic and damb right irratating as it is my local I have been in there often without a mask because at the beginning I explained to them I am exempt because of the disability I have make mask wearing impossible, hence way the law is that way to aid me. Being aggressively manner with somebody who is vulnerable is bad. I am currently making contact with their head office, although part of me was so annoyed I tempted to go legal, but I will be waiting to see their response first. As maybe some simple re-education may be of benefit to the bully in their store. Alsl tge adjoining shop shout at 20:55 not the advertised time.
