Sone of the staff are very Rude and I would say letting the team down. That girl who's working today and spoken to me needs lessons in dealing with the public and communication skills , and a understanding she is dealing with people whom are not well. Hopefully I never have to use this chemisit again .

They have recently hired a lot of staff and the pharmacy has improved since then. All very lovely ladies and made me feel safe and welcome!! Shout out to the woman who complimented my outfit!!

The worst pharmacy I've come across in my life. From a professional environment of London to this ******** Elderly women is completely full of nonsense in a polite manner, was told they shall order in medican (which every pharmacy on the face of the earth stocks) and the next day was told sorry and then told it's to hard to get hold of?! Antibiotics aren't anything from the extraordinary! Absolute joke, should either shut down or hand over to new management. If you want to waste your time go ahead.

Very grateful to these lovely ladies today. I could have cried when they helped me. They had the prescription I needed when a few others didnt and they went the extra mile, by a few. Many thanks

If I could give 0 starts I would. Disgusting staff, extremely rude and arrogant. I try ringing before hand to see if my prescription is ready and they always pick up the phone and hang up. I have no switched pharmacy due to the lack of customer service and care they give. Vile people
