        Waiting time can be lengthy. When I switched to getting the text alert that my repeat prescription was ready for collection it halved the time spent in the pharmacy, as I didn't need to hang around waiting for the order to be made up. The staff are clearly very busy but I've always found them friendly.

        Ive been here several times, overall its been okay but one member of staff is very rude to her co workers and also to the customers everytime i come in. Shes extremely loud mouthed, rude and abrupt, she makes sarcastic comments all the time. Im sure her name is Gabriela and i hope appropriate action will be taken. I suggest peak pharmacy to review their staff or provide adequate training for manners.
