Knights Banbury Pharmacy

The staff at Knights pharmacy are always knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They will go the extra mile (or marathon) to help you. Knights pharmacy hold better stock levels than other pharmacies in the area and where other pharmacies would rather run out of stock than pay more for their supplies Knights pay the extra so they can provide the needed medication. It doesn't surprise me they are having to extend their pharmacy space.I willingly drive from the other side of town to use them because the whole experience is worth it. I have had nothing but great service from the team. I used this chemist for over 20 years, more than 10 years ago, but moved away from the area. After receiving less than acceptable service from other pharmacies in the area, I decided to return to knights. When I went to collect my first prescription, a member of the team recordnised me and even remembered where I used to live over 10 years ago. The team here are nothing short than amazing!!!! They are friendly, helpful as well as super professional. Other chemists locally could learn a thing or 2 from this amazing team. Many thanks for the great customer service.

Lovely staff very helpful and kind. One of the pharmacists always asks after my daughter as she gives me her medication and remembers her condition. This means a lot.

I've consistently had great service from the staff at Knight's in Banbury, the team there are always really helpful. Any isues with my prescription are always dealt with, and they've gone beyond what I'd expect to sort out any problems. Big thumbs up and thank you to the staff!
