Do not answer calls. Making it impossible to check weather they have medication ready. Appalling practice.

20 minute queue. Then t heir computer hadn't updated so they couldn't dispense my medication. The NHS had been great, seen me straight away, Lloyd's let me down. When I asked the assistant for help, she just laughed at me and didn't offer any solution. I was too ill to ask again and had to go elsewhere.

Banbury - sainsbury Used them twice. First time they had no trace of prescription Second time - queued for ages in a hot sweaty mess - 5 mins to find the paperwork to be told come back in 30 mins despite having the order for over 24 hours. I can't for one minute think they are making up the cream required so why does it take so long to put a box in a bag. I explained I was too ill and had been given a lift to collect the medicine. No joy. Had to leave without again

Always Always a 30 min wait. To put a box in a bag that was sent though hours before. A woeful service that never improves. It still baffles me that you visit the surgery in Deddington, are prescribed a medication, walk passed the dispensary at the surgery. Then drive to Lloyds at Sainsbury's to then not be served. Rubbish service
