        Milo is a nervous, anxious Romanian rescue and he had a bad experience with his previous groomer.Lisa suggested that I take him to her salon one evening before going to be groomed so that he could get to know her and the environment. She was very kind and caring and reassured us both. On the day of the groom I think I was more anxious than Milo and she said she would give him an extra 1/2hr and go at his pace. You can only imagine the surprise and relief when I returned to find my beautifully groomed dog laying on the floor stretched out chilling whilst Lisa was doing paperwork. Lisa, Milo and I cant thank you enough for what you did for him. You are amazing and we have booked our next appointment. I will definitely recommend you to anyone with a nervous pet. Thank you thank you thank you!! Angie & Milo xx
