        Friendly staff, but very poor quality product in my experience. Took 4 days shy of 3 months from paying for an expensive new pair of glasses till receiving them. This was because they had production problems with the lenses. The glasses frame needed repairing a number of times at my own cost whilst travelling. Final straw was the coating on the lenses went funky and distorts the image (same as the initial production issues) but after the limited warranty period had expired so theyre not interested. Theres so many other opticians in town, so I wont be going back to this one myself.
