I recently had an eye test at Harrold Options and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team at Harrold Options were incredibly professional and attentive to my needs. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that exceeded all of my expectations. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the eye test to me. The facilities were top-notch and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend Harrold Options for any eye test or optical needs. They truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return for my next appointment.

Today was my first visit, I have previously used chain opticians in town. I was welcomed by friendly reception staff and had my eyes tested by Jane who was lovely, she was very thorough when checking my eyes. I will be returning and 100% recommend.

I took my 82 year old mother today and was very pleased with the care and helpfulness the staff gave. Mum has early stages of dementia so can be quite hard to deal with. Not only did they make her very comfortable and relaxed but kept her laughing. All in all a nice experience and professional outcome. Thanks girls.

As a family, we have used Harrold Opticians in Banbury for a number of years now and have always been impressed by the friendly, professional service they provide. This year, though, we would particularly like to thank Lily for the amazing support she gave our teenage daughter when she wanted to start wearing contact lenses. She was incredibly patient, kind and supportive and really went above and beyond to help our daughter who found lenses very tricky to get the hang of. Thank you Lily, you're a star!
