        I had a eye test at Banbury, the staff were efficient but were too busy to keep to appointment times. I also feel there should be a customer toilet. it takes 1 hour 15 minutes for a eye test so leave yourself plenty of time on the parking . There is no lift so my elderly mother has to go elsewhere. There were only 3 pairs of glasses to choose from in the low price range to get the anti glare offer, all not nice. I realise this is a business and I think a good one, the Bicester and the Kidlington stores are well run and not so busy.

        I've been with Specsavers for 3 years now. Every time super happy, very polite and kind personel, prices ok. Waiting time up to 10 minutes for eye test.
