I have been working with the regional team based at Banbury Heights. the home has been taken over by a new Manager and the standards of the care, dignity, and respect of the residents in the home are excellent. The improvements are vast. The staff team are amazing and committed to ensuring that high standards of care are given to those they care for.

My mother in law went into this lovely home after being very distressed at a previous home where she wasn't treated good by staff members but since moving to this home she's content well treated properly by staff. They work very very hard and are always ready to help you if there's anything they can do for you. I was offered cups of tea more than once. Judith one of the staff members has already been polite, helpful, kind and easy to communicate with about matters. My mother in law love the home. She's doesn't what to be anywhere else (as a home near the family was mentioned). It's nice to know that she's in good hands and happy at her stage in life. Not to forget mention the lovely administrator who quickly helped us with a few letters. It's nice clean. Feels warm atmosphere inside. Home from home.
