        I needed some helium latex balloons for my sisters birthday party, I was advised by Luke the manager that they last up to around 8 hours. I needed to get them as early as I could in time to set up for the party that day. Luke kindly advised he would get them ready for me 9am Saturday morning, so he came into work an hour before to ensure that the balloons would be done in time for me. When I arrived on Saturday to pick them up, they were bagged up and beautifully arranged. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely faultless and Luke really took an element of pressure away for me. The fact he was willing to go out of his way by coming into work an hour early was beyond kind and super helpful! Thank you Luke for your kind hearted nature, will be recommending the service to all family and friends!

        We bought 2 helium baloons and the lady said they guarantee only 24 hours for the baloons. I'm not surprised. One flew away just after attaching it to my child's wrist. Imagine that cry. But I thought. OK. Tough. The other one flew away at the car park (thank God they have low ceiling) and then I've seen the loop. Shocking how loose they make it. Not surprised it flew away. I do feel cheated on though.
