        I went today 20/4/2022 to have my ears wax removed. The gentleman who removed it was useless. He didnt even prepare me mentally to what is about to happen, did not explain the procedure at all. Used the suction machine who cause so much pain and discomfort. Having the procedure explained to me prior to having it done wouldve helped. I dont know how do people end up doing this kind of jobs having no skills and who hired him. The worst 50 spent in my life. Felt so angry I couldve cried. Didnt even remove my wax completely because it was too much pain and discomfort. I had to ask him to check if there is still wax left as he didnt even know that it needs to be checked. Just so furious at this place. Avoid it people if you dont want to waste your money.
