After first seeing Guardian House roughly one month before the renovation was complete, we were instantly impressed with the vision for the offices and the passion that Andy and Vashti have for creating modern, flexible and professional working environments for small businesses. Once the renovation was complete, my business partner and I attended an opening event and were given a full tour of the offices. Our instincts were right and the offices were even better than expected. The support from Andy, Vashti and their team has been great and they were quick to introduce us to some contacts in the local area as we were new the town. I would strongly recommend you to contact Andy if you are looking for an office or desk space in Banbury.

Moving to Guardian House was a big step for epik8, as we were only a small team of 4 people just over a year ago. We had a vision that we wanted to expand the business and Andy and Vashti made this process as stress-free as possible. As Covid hit we had to think about social distancing and people working from home so we took on a second office in Guardian house and it was a lifesaver to keep our staff in the office and more importantly keep them safe. Extra safety measures were put in place by Andy and Vashti, weekly emails sent around to make sure we all knew what to expect, even a vertical pub was introduced. Overall we are now a team of 19 full-time staff and without the help and flexibility from the Point of Difference team, this could have coursed a big headache for us.
