The Rustic Bean Juice'd

I had a really nice coffee and the lady serving was friendly. I did however have to wait quite some time and was left to handle the card machine and receipts myself, but this was understandable - lunchtime, in a busy shopping centre a few days before Christmas. Why is only one person working? I would have marked down for the wait but it is not the fault of the lady working. How is one person supposed to make drinks, food, clear tables, wash crockery and man the till? I later walked past the other cafe of the same name, presumably same owners, and there were 3 or 4 people on shift from what i could see. It was clearly unmanageable for one person to provide prompt and personable service, and I don't think the comments in the other review by the owner about the staff should be made in a public forum.

Stood there for ages (no other customers) guy with headphones on looks up eventually gives the stare of death as a customer dares to interrupt the music he was listening to. Colleague just looking bored doing nothing. Customer skills minus 5and this is not the first time staff have been rude

One of my favorite coffee places! The smoothies are one of a kind and they are made of real fruits! I love their atmosphere. The staff are always very kind and helpful! Coffee has excellent taste

My iced latte was pint of milk with ice and the tiny shot of Espresso. Not mixed, nor blended. Terrible taste. I wonder if they taste the suff before they start selling it. Would not recommend. Definitely not double shot of Espresso as all I tasted was milk and ice.
