We visited the place after Christmas holiday break and were very positively surprised! Our 20-month old absolutely loved the baby area, that I have to say is much bigger than in other places, very well equipped and spotless clean. We were lucky enough to enjoy it for most of the time almost exclusively, and out little one had wonderful time exploring the sensory areas. The food and drinks are of a good quality too and in reasonable prices. We will be definitely back in there :)

Place was packed to the rafters and only three members of staff, two of whom were sorting stock according to the only person in the public area and she was trying to serve in the cafe . No one was supervising the play area and no one was on reception which left the main entrance totally vulnerable. Ie anybody could walk in off the street and help themselves to whatever they wanted. Not a safe area for your little toddler . I was only there for about15 mins waiting to pick up a package but that gave me plenty of time to see what a shambles this place is .tables were overflowing with used Dirty plates cups etc. parents wandering in the soft play area with out door footwear on. I was eventually told after waiting 10 minutes to pick my parcel that my custom was not important and I would have to wait until they were ready for me whilst they attended the more important clients I think thats called discrimination . I have never been , as a customer been sent to the back of the queue because I wasnt spending as much as people behind me . Almost felt humiliated but these people are too ignorant to see that . I hope this justifies my review which I will gladly remove as soon as I get an apology for your totally disrespectful behaviour towards me.
