A Touch of Furniture

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bought a chair, great value and just what we wanted. We have bought a sideboard and coffee table from this company recently. Great furniture and service. We would recommend.

Walked in today because my Dad wanted to buy some drawers, He is literally the easiest guy to sell too, he saw a set straight away and said to me Ill just get 2 of them they were 600 each, I was telling him not too as I personally thought it was too much money, he shouts hello to see if anyone comes to serve him because he wants to be in and out and buy them quick time, no one comes, we wait 2 minutes and then I finally convince him to go somewhere else as I told him it must be fate if no one is coming to serve him, there was no other customers in the store by the way so no excuses. I hope these staff are not on commission because thats embarrassing if they lost that sale, easy 1,200 would have took 5 minutes, if they are targeted on sales, commission etc then they should probably look for another job because sales/customer service definitely is not the career for them.
