I experienced indentured labour and wage theft while working for them.
They first refused to compensate for services rendered in good faith even though these services had added substantial value to the organisation and which they will continue to benefit (profit) from.
Then, upon agreeing I should be paid, they held the money hostage until I'd rendered further services - first for free then, after angry emails, tried to extort from me at a massively reduced rate. When I refused to be exploited and extorted in this manner, they simply refused to pay and stopped responding to emails, both mine and those of my attorney.
Trust them? You'll pay for it.
