        Went into the only ee shop that is now left in Banbury today two couples were with your assistances two other couples waiting and myself after waiting for thirty minutes we were told that one of the advisors was about to finish and we would not be able to be seen by anyone as the shop was closing at 17.30 I have been an ee customer for many years and now I am looking else where Bit of advice stop closing your shops Employ more staff especially weekends Get your advisors to speak to customers when we walk in and advise if there is going to be a long wait Worst service I have ever had

      Bit of advice stop closing your shops
      Employ more staff especially weekends
      Get your advisors to speak to customers when we walk in and advise if there is going to be a long wait
      Worst service I have ever had
