        I have been storing here at Magenta Banbury for a year and have had no problems. Clean well secured building and all of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

        The lady whose name I've now forgotten (sorry) was really helpful, showed us around and answered our questions. She even brought us coffee and biscuits while we were unloading! We never felt rushed and actually we felt valued as customers. The units are clean and the whole storage centre feels very well maintained. We did our homework before settling on Magenta and we were not disappointed. Great stuff!

        Garnett on reception was so helpful and waited for me as a struggle with walking. He explained everything and took me to unit in the lift. Asked me if was big enough or too big and met my needs. I 2as out of breath on the way back and he gave me a glass of water and a tissue. Asked if I was ok. Very kind man. Excellent service
