Worst surgery going, receptionists fobbing patients off no appointments ring next week, you ring the week next and get fobbed off again. They do not want any patients attending the surgery thats the sad truth!

So frustrating to deal with it only makes you more unwell. So many services are not coping. Can't get an answer on the phone. The website is nonsense. Many have most likely died because they had to seek help from this " health centre". No-one is answering the phone!!! I am now having seeking medication illegally for an stomach infection.

Trying to get through to this surgery is a complete joke. For approximately 7 days whilst my mum was end of life care I was constantly calling for a doctor to see my mum. No one answered the phone in this time. They say you are number one in the que but hours later. Still number one and no one picks up. This led me to then have to leave my terminally ill mother and drive to the surgery in person for a doctor to see her. Which made me angry. They then told me I had to leave and call for an appointment. Hello I was trying to get through for A WEEK !!!!!!!! Worst surgery with an even worse doctor Dr Rodgers !!!! Good luck to anyone with this surgery trying to get an appointment !!!!!

Two hours in the phone to get a doctors appointment. Finally got one book two day in advance only to turn up and its a physiotherapist nit a doctor. And never in my life have i had someone who is in health care profession google my symptoms in front of me. Granted she was lovely but it was almost laughable

Awful, awful place, I have never in my life encountered a drs practise like this. Hours and hours on hold trying to get an appointment. Unless you have no daily life commitments and can call at 8am and sit on hold for hours you have no chance of them even answering your call. What an awful telephone system and service. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay well clear and avoid this place like the plague. How its still open is beyond me
