Very impressed by the professional and capable staff at MRC. They managed to give me a steer on an issue with my RS4 that Audi couldn't identify after 5 days of diagnostics.

Unfortunately a lady with a disgusting attitude named Sarah, answered my call and claimed to be the manager. Not sure how its possible for an amazing company to hire such an obnoxious, patronising and self obsessed person. Im absolutely appalled. What a disgrace to the company. Manager needs to call undercover and listen to how much of an arrogant receptionist they have. Hopefully she sees this review and actually reflects on her awful behaviour which is clearly costing them thousands. If you do want tuning done, or need advice, Id advise to steer clear of Sarah and ask for someone else. What an unpleasant and immature girl.
