Staff were friendly and helpful but their hands are tied regarding price. If you bother to check online deals for unlocked phones you'll find you're paying about 100 more than you need to. This was certainly my case so I used the 30 day return policy and got my money back. The lesson being do some research first regarding price and phone specification. That is assuming you'd prefer not to throw 100 away!
