He arrived for his appointment 15 mins early to find the building locked up and closed. No answer on the phone and other clients waiting outside as well.
After finally getting hold of someone who was very rude and offered no apology and just said they had a communication error. My husband explained he lost half a days pay and they didnt care. He spoke to another lady the next day again who offered no apology. Could have at least offered a discount if not a free treatment.
