Atrocious after sales support. Refused to supply a missing part - had to contact head office who sorted out the problem within minutes and received the part next day.

I phoned intending to completely gut my bathroom, replacing the tiles, lighting, shaver sockets, bath, shower, toilet, basin etc. Hoping to keep everything in one place, and somehow under the impression that a bathroom specialist would know more and provide better service than a generic store such as B&Q, Homebase etc. However, when I telephoned to ask questions such as 'should the suite be installed before or after replacing the floor or decorating? Will changing the lighting require the room to be replastered?' both received paraphrases of the answer 'it's up to you, you know?' When I pointed out that I didn't know, and that's why I was asking the experts for advice, the gentleman said 'it can probably be either', which didn't fill me with confidence that he knew either. So I didn't bother to ask anymore questions, and wont use this firm.
