Woodlands Surgery

I feel like this is not anymore Surgery but more call centre. Can't get an appointment for my 4 years old from 2 years... They are giving diagnosis based only on what I tell them by phone without seeing a child. We are post pandemic but they still making excuses for not having face to face appointments!

Been going here for years.got husband in here now.staff at reception are so friendly and helpful and usually get phone appointment same day and possibly to see Dr face to face too.wouldnt go anywhere else

Not taking on new patients until January at the least, don't care if you've moved to the area from far away and have no healthcare provision. Absolutely disgraceful surgery probably too busy clogging its books with private consultations where the money is. Not even a notice on their website advising this discriminatory policy either. So you'll have a wasted journey if you try to sign up there, don't waste your petrol money.

I saw Mary, the practice nurse yesterday for a dreaded smear test. Mary was very kind & understanding & extremely gentle. The procedure was over very quickly & painfree. It was the most comfortable smear test I have ever had.

This is my neighbourhood surgery - always friendly and helpful - always concerned for my well being. I couldnt do without it.
