        This shop has let down my future daughter in law so many times. I thought the idea is to make a bride feel special for their big day. Cancelled alteration dates and then non attendance of seamstress not a good impression

        Had a fantastic time with my daughter who was looking for a prom dress. Shes found her perfect dress thanks to Amy and her honest, encouraging advice. Thank you, Ill be back next year with daughter number two!

        21 dresses had great staff and some stunning dresses, couldnt ask for any better service and definitely would recommend, everything was disinfected after trying on and very Covid safe :)

        21 dresses found me the perfect dress! I wasn't keen on going wedding dress shopping as I was worried about being pressured, but Jo who was at 21 Dresses was so lovely and helpful. The dress I liked wasn't in my size, so Jo expressed ordered from the manufacturer, and was texting me even out of her work hours to order dress, arrange fittings etc. The actual dress was of beautiful quality but reasonable. I was very last minute getting my dress sorted but Jo saved the day (and the seamstress)! I would highly recommended visiting the store, you will be in the best hands!!
