I visited this jeweller to discuss a purchase of a watch. I was looked after by Simon, who was absolutely excellent, a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. I had gone to a national high street jeweller the day before and the difference was night and day. Simon provided the proper experience that you would expect when buying high end watches and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Very polite, professional, helpful, and friendly service from Selina who gift wrapped the item with a wax seal on every overlap. Was a very pleasant experience overall.

My engagement ring, now 43 years old, needed some TLC. When we picked it up today after having the shank repaired and the claws tipped, it was just as beautiful as when we bought it all those years ago. The members of staff we met were charming and helpful, and the standard of workmanship has been brilliant. Thank you all - five stars all round.
