POWERPARK RECOVERY - 24hr Recovery

My car wouldn't start and my breakdown service sent Powerpack out. Turned up quickly, diagnosed the issue and got the car started.

I got a puncture on the busy M4, just over half way of a 200 mile journey. My breakdown cover sent Powerpark Recovery to come and take my vehicle. After being stranded for 1.5hrs on the hard shoulder, the truck turned up driven by Miles. He stopped at the services so I could use the loo and said he would ring a couple of garages to get the best price for a replacement whilst I was in there. I really appreciated this as I had no idea of the area and just needed to get sorted and onto my destination as quickly as possible. He took me to the cheapest garage, where I got sorted and was able to carry on with my journey. In an age where customer service is usually quite poor, he really went the extra Mile! Thanks again.

On 3rd June my engine blew an injector on the M40. My breakdown insurance company arranged for Powerpark to come to my aid. Miles was the mechanic who arrived. I found him friendly and efficient. Very quickly he assessed my problem, arranged for my car to be stored overnight and transported to High Wycombe for repair, early the next morning. He then took me to Banbury Station to catch a train to my home. The service he provided could not be faulted and he deserves every praise. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
