We had high hopes in them, they understood what we needed, and then just decided to not do any of it. Customer care is terrible, we asked to be contacted, they had several ways to do, yet they never did it in either forms, we had to chase them for everything and then they did nothing, saying "oh we are very busy" yeah I guess with the higher paying customers. HUGE disappointment. They also trash talked another business and did worse than them lol.

I have never ever ever paid more than 40 for a mot and these men have just charged me 54 I think that is disgusting and it's differently because I am a young female, dropped my car off at 9am for a mot and jt wasn't ready till half 1 which is just shocking.

I recently took my car to Phillips Autos for a MOT and servicing and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. The team, led by Mick, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work they did on my car, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to Phillips Autos for all of my car's future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage.
