        They actually had a package delivered to them by mistake for me while I was away on holiday and they phone me to tell me and offered to keep for and when I went to pick it up the staff was so very friendly and helpful I really did appreciate it thank you very much

        Gained 1 star for a friendly welcome, all went downhill from there. I went in there to buy parts to fix some problems. Two seperate occasions, two seperate faults, same outcome both times. Staff were so unhelpful and disinterested, it was easier for me to learn plumbing from online tutorials and through trial and error to get my issues resolved. Even after explaining I was in the process of fitting the first of 2 bathrooms (the second I would be looking to purchase from them for approx 2000), they still could not muster an ounce of customer service. Small purchases will be made elsewhere in Banbury and for the suite I will drive the extra distance to the Leamington Spa chain as they are not linked.
