It can be quite intimidating when your unfamiliar with what you want or need but me and my sister went in with limited knowledge and unsure About what we wanted/needed. Vaping is a minefield! The lady was amazing! I couldn't fault the service, knowledge and friendly service. Asked a million questions she knew every answer! She picked out the mod, based on my preferences/ I choose a flavor and she set everything up for me, it was ready to go before i left the store. Love the option to try different flavors before you buy also, the rewards card is good and I like the set up of the banbury stroe/ variety and friendly atmosphere in. And it's cheaper than alterative shops in the area which makes it even better! Really recommend thease guys for your vaping needs.

Awful business, happy to sell to underage children. Have reported formally. But people should not support businesses with such poor ethical standards

I always use you, the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Id never use anyone else. The girl Carla is extremely helpful and the young lad is just as nice and helpful
