What can we say! This estate agents made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been, they were extremely helpful, friendly and professional! David was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed to ask questions. He also house hunted for me! He was so lovely and very calming. Debs was also amazing! I have never known someone so dedicated to keeping in touch and pushing all paperwork and phone calls, even on weekends and on her days off! She felt like my personal PA! I would recommend them to anyone moving! If you want the least amount of stress and a friendly, approachable and hard working staff member, go with Maxwells! Maxwells achieved a sale significantly north of the valuations that other agents offered. The marketing generated the lead volume to ensure enough offers were tabled. During the conveyancing process they were diligent in facilitating communication between the parties when necessary. A good outcome for all resulted.
