Unfortunately we placed an order with Tapi Carpets Banbury for a stair runner on 27/10/2022 - over 4 months later and we are still waiting for it to be completed. The service to begin with was brilliant but as soon as they received our payment it immediately went downhill. We had to chase them several times and wait until 02/12/2022 before someone was able to come out and actually do the measurements/templating. We then received no further contact from Tapi so we went in store on 16/12/2022 and were told by the manager at the time it will be "sorted by the next week". Christmas and New Year passed with no progress (they're not great at answering phone calls) so we went in store once again in January to complain and there was a new manager by this point who was apologetic and seemed keen to resolve matters - apparently our order was in the wrong pile and they thought we were still waiting for the measuring/templating. We agreed a fitting date for 13/02/2023 as this meant we wouldn't need to arrange any time off work. The fitter came and the stair runner had been measured/templated incorrectly so we are now left with the top 2 steps still not finished (see image)! We left the supposed team at Tapi Banbury to come up with a resolution but we received no further contact about our case until 24/02/2023. We are absolutely fed up with this company - we definitely do not recommend!

Great carpet fitters, thank you Callum and Mez for such a good job today. Very professional and lovely guys. Tapi really care and take pride in their service and installation. They couldn't have done more to make sure I was happy with the finish.

Excellent experience from entering Banbury store, no pushy sales people just helpful and friendly, easy and quick ordering in store. Had 2 carpets fitted today by very friendly fiitters and they took their time, to fit the carpets well, with very neat edges and corners. I would say some of the best fitting i have seen actually. So would have no hesitation in buying a carpet from Tapi again.
