Information outside of the petrol station about having chilled wine and beer but they don't have.

I can't fault the pleasant service by some staff at this garage. However, it is clear that they are overwhelmed by the people who use it. There is only ever one person there behind the till, so, if they are elsewhere, say on a toilet break, people are kept waiting for some considerable time at the pumps before they can fill up. Inside, the roof was leaking onto merchandise, with buckets and black plastic bags collecting some of the rain pouring in. Elsewhere, it was clear that staff don't have sufficient time to keep shelves properly stocked. I have some decades of retail management experience, and it is obvious to me that the management of this place, and worse, the oversight by the ECG Group is poor, and not what it could be.

I just wish that they would make there minds up on the opening times of Greg's. I go out of my way to be told it's now 8.00 o'clock. Why don't they put up a sign of opening hours.

Dont know his name, but the chap that just served me was one of the most rude and arrogant people iv had the mispleasure of meeting! Not impressed!
