Five glowing stars! My mother could not have been made to feel more welcome. Wonderful, caring and always cheerful staff, delicious home-cooked food, and although she continues to live independently, having been made to feel part of the small community of residents, loneliness is a thing of the past.

My father has been a resident in Abbeyfield House for 16 months. It is ideal for his circumstances. He needs supported, sheltered accommodation but is encouraged to retain as much independence as possible. The staff are very caring and friendly and welcome family members at any time. The home cooked food is a great favourite. He easily transferred his care package and the carers who come to Abbeyfield are lovely. And he was able to bring his budgie with him. Highly recommended.

This is a small, cosy home which offers supported living to those who are capable of a degree of independence. The staff, led by Cecelia, are warm caring people who regularly go the extra mile for the residents. The food, prepared by the staff is excellent. I can't rate this too highly.

A hidden treasure in Banbury. After visiting numerous homes to relocate my Aunt from Norfolk I discovered Abbeyfield House.I could go on forever praising the staff and management but it would take to long, all I can say is they are Angels. Not only do they care about their residents they do everything possible to make relatives feel at ease as it is never easy to admit your love ones can no longer live in their own homes alone. Words are not enough but a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff.
