I ordered 2 pairs of new glasses 3 weeks ago and now they've told me they couldn't do them because my prescription has expired (didn't bother to mention this on the day). So because of this I specifically booked an appointment for one date but the admin team got the date wrong. Now I have to wait a further month for an appointment available, then another 3 weeks to get the glasses, I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago today. Awful customer service as they haven't even tried to fix this predicament. I did to try to ring them but funnily enough no one answered the phone so I gave up after the 5th attempt.

Just been in to by some glasses for the first time in banbury boots opticians and what fantastic staff you have Simon, shara,and Mary Ann were fantastic in looking aftet me I cannot fault in anyway and thanks for your help Jason
