They have not done me wrong so far, I am at n the middle of a repair now, assuming when the new part arrives, and it's fitted it resolves the problem, then happy I am.

Avoid this garage - I went in with a clear diagnostic just to keep the car on the road, they carried out so much extra unnecessary work on my car without checking first and charged me in full without even addressing the real issue! Drove away and two days later my car broke down due to the original diagnosed problem, in the end I paid over 1,000 for undeclared work (E.g. a new gear lever stick because the top had become unstuck - I could have just used super glue)! I hate confrontation but did questioned them about the additional work, John was patronising and belittling and I left upset, shocked with empty pockets and a broken vehicle

I had a full service on my Mini Cooper at John Darby and was very disappointed at how much they charged me for any additional work for things I would have expected to be included in a full service, such as oil change, brake fluid etc., they even charged for washer fluid which I had just filled up! It more than doubled the amount it should have cost for a service, and they didnt check with me if I was happy for these extra costs. I will not be going back as I cannot afford it! Please check the cost of what youre paying for before you book. Services: Oil change, Vehicle Inspection
