Round & Jackson

We haven't bought a house through Round & Jackson but what I can tell you is they're attentive, honest and there to help you. We're in the process of selling our home in Essex and looking in Banbury and Lisa and Leah were fantastic! She provided honest reviews of the area and the house we looked at, and sent the confirmation of appointment within 5 minutes of our call, also followed up after the viewing too, which I've not experienced with other agencies . Thank you for showing us how an estate agent should behave.

Cannot thank Round and Jackson estate agents enough for their above and beyond service on the sell of our house and getting us moved to Cornwall. Claire and the team were AMAZING and VERY PATIENT with us and our endless question's and worries along the ( at times very stressed) journey,but they got us across the finishing line and got us moved and started one our new adventures in Cornwall. Excellent service all round. As first time buyers we were rather unfamiliar with the process of buying a house but the small and friendly team at Round & Jackson were extremely understanding and communicative throughout the process. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who is buying or selling a house and if/when we come to sell the house we have just bought, we will be using Round & Jackson.
