Krav Maga Midlands Banbury - Self Defence Classes

I joined KMM around two months ago and it has been one of the best things I have done recently. In that time I have learned a lot and improved my fitness. The quality of the teaching is excellent combining demonstration and practical work with expert guidance on hand from the instructors. Everyone involved is extremely passionate about learning and sharing knowledge of Krav Maga making training sessions great fun as well as informative. I can't recommend KMM highly enough.

I have been going to Krav around 2 years. I have learnt some great self-defence technique that helps with my self-confidence in some life situations. The instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable and encourage when needed. I have met some great people and most tend to stay which gives the club a family feel. Everybody helps no matter what grade or ability you may be. There is opportunity to go up the grade but no pressure if you dont. There is also different activates such as night park scenarios, social nights and Krav camps with other midlands clubs. I look forward to going every Monday come and join us.

I was incredibly nervous when I went to my first trial session in Banbury, worried that I'd be too old, female and unfit to be able to do Krav Maga. When I first made contact, in answer to my concerns, I was told "the oldest member of KMM is currently 67, there are plenty of women in the different settings, and we'll get you fit"! I've had 8 sessions so far and I really and truly love it. And yes, I am getting fitter :-) The Banbury group is welcoming and friendly, and I'm told all the other groups are as well :-)
