        Brilliant class for my 5yr old - Mr. Manning is brilliant! Got my little one into this to learn discipline and respect! Also to work on his listening & concentration. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining

        Just a thank you to FMA and all instructors to get us all to the levels we are today,martial arts is not new to me and have experience in a few martial arts academies and boxing academies,but this one has everything you need involved and a very welcoming group there,asking for advise is very easy to go to the instructors and you feel apart of a team,would highly recommend it,thanks FMA team
