I had the impression done on 7th Feb and I was told my order would be dispatched on or near 3rd March. I called and told ACS how desperate I need them as I'm flying out on the 11th. It was dispatched on 8th and it hasn't arrived yet. I am at the airport now with no earplugs. I'm very disappointed to have wasted my time and my money. I regret choosing ACS. Avoid at all cost.

Incredible customer service from Ben in the team. Called up to enquire about some new ear protectors and he patiently spent nearly 15 minutes talking me through the best option for me, specific to my job. Would highly recommend

I'd already used ACS before, but they recently went way above and beyond to get some earplugs to my girlfriend ahead of a festival. Thoroughly recommend!

Super happy with my recently ordered PRO17 ear protection from ACS. Big thanks to Gerry at their London office for booking me in for the ear impressions at short notice, when everywhere else in London had at least a 4 week waiting list for appointments!

Great company for hearing protection and IEMs. I recently bought a set of Evolve 3-driver cIEMs. The left ear fit was initially a bit tight, but after visiting the friendly staff in the Banbury office, they were only too happy to make some adjustments and now they fit and sound perfect. Great professional service with staff willing to listen and respond to the needs of their customers.
