I have 3 Karcher products . Ive just called the help line as one of my machines has a problem in the wire/ plug and keeps shutting off . The young woman on the phone was RUDE as RUDE as they come saying well how do you know its the plug with no customer service at all , with a load of huh and what thrown in . When I asked to speak to a manager , she asked me why over and over before she would put me through . However manager was just as bad ! Regarding repair I finally get an email to say it will take then up to 10days to come back to me and when they finally get the machine it could take up to 21 days . Thats the last Karcher product I buy . Now I can see why Karcher only have 2and a half stars . RUBBISH SERVICE Be warned do not buy unless you like hassle

Karchers customer service operation is non existent. A dysfunctional organisation that stems from the top. Simon Keeping their UK CEO is not engaged with anything remotely customer service related. It has taken 14 days so far and countless e mails to get an answer with regard an after sales product query and still waiting on Karchers response. Just not acceptable.

Placed an online order on their website on 09/04. Karcher state 1-3 working day delivery excluding Bank Holidays. Was expecting delivery of my pressure washer today, 14/03, however, I received an email this morning stating the order has only just left their warehouse on a 1-2 days working day delivery. Unacceptable Karcher UK. Falsely advertising. NEVER AGAIN! I NEEDED THE PRESSURE WASHER FOR THE WEEKEND! Will return the order & purchase from a more reliable source. Buyer be warned..

I wished I had read all of these reviews before placing an order directly on the site. Its been more than 4 working days and my items are still not dispatched and the customer service was non existent, wrote to them to ask to cancel the order as I could have bought another brand and get it quicker but only told itll take 7 working days before I can get a reply, wow.

Technical help was freely given to help identify parts required for a 6 year old pressure washer. Ordering process was a bit tedious (hence 4 rather than 5 stars). Part was reasonably priced and delivered quickly.
