Arrived Friday just gone for 2 nights. I was greeted by Deborah with a very warm welcome. My stay was very enjoyable. Room was very comfortable, clean & tidy. There is parking at the rear of the house with easy access to the local town of Banbury which has an excellent choice of bars, restaurants & eateries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Such a warm welcome! Deborah was absolutely lovely, despite me arriving quite late in the evening she was there at reception to meet me when I called. The Easington is perfectly located if you want to visit Banbury. It's well signposted, and has a convenient big car park. The gardens are lovely and it is like a little oasis. The building is old, and the decor is in keeping with an older B&B/ hotel, if you want a funky modern hotel this is not for you. If you want a traditional hotel, with a warm welcome, this is right. I thought it was very good value for the money.

What a horrible dirty place Room had mould in bathroom toilet seat hanging off tap hanging off window would not close Dust everywhere caked even inside wardrobe so did not put cloths there.. No water in rooms No soap or shower gel. "Because of covid" what a silly excuse from the so called manager Shocking state of cleaning as so dirty everywhere I needed a shower and not even soap Decor in hotel at least 20 years datedDecor in room looks like a charity shop Bed uncomfortable and not pillow or mattress protectors so dirty!! Breakfast non existent and lights all turned out The lady manager calls everyone Love and simply does not care and has ridiculous excuses for the companys lack of maintenance and did nothing to resolve issues.. For 87 per night this is 1 star. Certainly not 4 and should be closed down and not be ripping customers off staying in dirty mouldy rooms without any investment or even a bar of soap.. Asked for coffee in morning but was told noCannot imagine what the breakfast would have been like for an additional 15 I think I escaped that!! Avoid this dirty place as its the worst in Banbury by far and they simple do not care I escaped after one night as could not stay in such a dirt hole for more than one night.. DO NOT STAY HERE at your own risk!!!
