What an amazing find! After not visiting a salon for over a year due to a house move away from my old salon and having a baby I decided to give Hair Concepts a go after reading other lovely reviews. The reviews were not wrong! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable and easy (had my 7 month old baby with me) Hayley who cut my hair did an amazing job, absolutely love my hair! Thank you!! Hair Concepts fit me in at very short notice for a hair cut and colour and did a great job! The experience made me feel very welcome, however I have noticed some small issues with the cut since. Overall a good experience.

I walked around today and noticed advert that no appointment always needed. So I was standing infront of the doors,thinking do I go in or not( my hair properly damaged with three colors in it....) But. What made me to go in was the gentleman smiling on me and encouraging to walk in. Best decision made. The customer service was beyond from all employees! Immediately got appointment,perfect friendly approach ( noone laughing at my nest disaster on head),lady took my jacket and placed it in wardrobe,seated me and got great coffee. Place is amazing and tidy and smell of the fine products. I got amazing Lani ,who did magic with my hair and since I had bad back she kindly helped me to stood up from chair after washing the hair. All products described and noted on hair plan,honestly i nearly fell asleep from the massage and all great smells. So good. My hair well treated,perfectly cut,customer service amazing,got list of products what to use with option to buy and felt so welcome WITH GREAT PRICE. Definitely coming back THANK YOU!!!
