Absolutely brilliant gym. I have been training at gym180 for two years and keep coming back. Clean and friendly gym. Owners are really cool. Rob is a brilliant PT listens to what I want to do in my session and is a great motivator

Great training techniques. Friendly and always willing to help with improvement. The Gym is always spotless. Womens only Combat Class is my favourite.

Hi Would like to comment on this gym, being 40 years old and never trained with a PT or attempted any form of marital arts, i popped into this gym for som help and advise, the gent that spoke to me was Rob, and his knowledge and information was very good and he was very friendly and polite, i walked out booking a session of muay thai lesson. I have since been for 4/5 sessions and hav to say i love every minute of it, lessons are tailored around me, my abilities are taken into account and with only afew lessons so far i feel a difference already aswell as having learnt alot about the art. Thank u very much rob, fantastic work, id reccomend your gym with no worries
