I absolutely would recommend CrossFit Banbury. It is a fantastic community, so welcoming, top quality coaching. It can be a bit scary starting a new sport or going to a new gym, but you'll feel so welcome as soon as you arrive, and everything is scaled for each person's ability. Give it a go, you won't regret it!
